New Jersey… a new head office, a new continent, a new addition to the Autonomy international portfolio.
With a dynamic, engaging and striking interior, the workstation and loose furniture package selected by Autonomy needed to compliment the design yet remain functional and practical.
As always, a fixed handover date with no room for change was the target. Therefore, we clearly communicated all project details regardless of differing time-zones to the client, along with multiple contractors related to the project. The clear and precise communication continued with our on-site presence to ensure, as a team, this project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Situated deep within the City, Spencer Ogden’s new London location raised a few challenges such as, road closures and site access restrictions for deliveries and product offloading. However, we remained focused and stuck to our install programme to execute another perfect installation. Having delivered a snag free and vibrant installation, we are pleased to continue our working relationship with Spencer Ogden in the future.

When TCV relocated to their new office within Mayfair, we provided a string of in-house services such as, product relocation, logistical programming, existing furniture audit and new furniture selection/installation to name a few. As TCV conducted regular video conferencing between their UK and US office, their new board room table required intricate AV equipment. We managed this process closely with our furniture manufacturer and the AV specialist. Along with sound acoustic baffling, the TCV board room functions perfectly

Having already expanded the group through global acquisitioning, Stars decided to take on a contemporary new build in the central zone of Sofia. One of the key features is that the Goldline Building was built with a sustainable work environment in mind.
Autonomy was awarded the complete furniture package, and whilst working on the specification of furniture, we were also invited to take on the bespoke joinery feature walls throughout the seven-floor building. This involved assigning a team of joiners from the UK to carry out the work over a 3-week period.
Working to meet the needs of the client, we also had to interpret the design concepts proposed by the local architect and the main contractor assigned to the project.
To meet the budget and deadline without sacrificing quality or design, the furniture was sourced from 20 suppliers in 10 countries and had to be logistically programmed in phases to meet stringent timed slots on site, thus avoiding any risk of overloading site or causing obstruction to local traffic and residence.

A registered charity founded in 1872, the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) is a network of 23 independent school and two academies with the mission to support girls’ school education across the UK.
After their relocation to the Verde Building in Victoria, we were tasked to create a bright, welcoming space inspired by Scandinavian design trends. This translated into wooden furniture, a colour palette of warm beiges and greys, and the integration of natural light into the working space.
Designed to create a dynamic workspace, by integrating traditional workstations and individual meeting rooms alongside open plan collaboration areas, we supplied furniture that encourages employees to work either socially or individually to suit their specific needs. Sit-stand desks, for instance, are accompanied by high-tables equipped with electric equipment, while private high-screen sofas allow for one-to-one meetings.
Despite the strict security protocol of the building, the installation was carried out within budget and on time and we have since provided GDST with post-installation support whenever called upon.

Our project at Gatehouse Bank required meticulous planning and pinpoint accuracy due to the high-quality base build finishes already in place. With simultaneous works over five floors, we stayed on programme and maintained the high quality of finish expected within this Mayfair office. Project completed fully and delivered on-time.

With agreement to relocate to a new flag ship office, it was a perfect time to introduce furniture that compliments the new interior and energetic company brand. Robust workstations, collaboration areas, touchdown spaces and reconfigurable meeting rooms were all on the list. Regardless of the geographical location, our logistical planning and onsite management, ensured handover was on time and within budget.

On approval to relocate to a new 39 floor tower, all eyes focused on the interior. With multiple departments, differing tasks and spread over various floors, our furniture solution needed to be uniform, yet easily customised per department.
